Mr. Eric Rand – President/Co-Founder

Mr. Rand has served as our President and a member of the Board of Directors since co-founding Virsona in March 2007. Mr. Rand, whose professional background includes finance, accounting and communications, has over 17 years of experience in capital markets and has participated in all aspects of public and private securities commerce. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Rand has led and participated in raising approximately $300,000,000 in capital in the form of private placements and funding of public companies. Additionally, he has structured and participated in initial public offerings (IPO’s) for companies listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. Since November 2006, Mr. Rand acted as the Managing Director of Private Equity with Sandgrain Securities, Inc. In this capacity he was principally responsible for sales and overseeing the Boca Raton, Florida branch office of Sandgrain Securities. Previously, from December 2000 until November 2006, Mr. Rand served as Managing Director of Sales for vFinance Investments, Inc., a broker-dealer, where his responsibilities included interfacing with senior management of publicly-traded companies and the corporate/securities attorneys representing those companies. From April 1998 to December 2000, Mr. Rand was a partner and Managing Director of First Level Capital, a company he co-founded, where he focused on sales and investment banking. First Level Capital, a broker-dealer, was subsequently acquired by vFinance Investments, Inc. in January 2001. Prior to co-founding First Level Capital in 1998, Mr. Rand spent four years as Managing Director and a member of the Chairman's Council for Commonwealth Associates, a broker-dealer. Mr. Rand holds an A.A. in Accounting and a B.S. in Communications from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Peter Hodge – CEO/Co-Founder

Mr. Hodge has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our Board of Directors since co-founding Virsona in March 2007. Mr. Hodge has over 20 years of experience and leadership in the technology field including; development, sales & marketing, as well as general management roles. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of large, complex systems and has a keen grasp on the intricacies of internet economics and e-commerce. From June 1987 until November 2000 he was employed by Logica, a systems integration firm. In November 2000, Mr. Hodge joined Cambridge Technology Partners, a systems integration firm, as Vice President of Telecommunications & Media practices. Cambridge Technology Partners was acquired by Novell, Inc. in 2001. Subsequently, Mr. Hodge continued with Novell, Inc., holding various management and sales positions with an emphasis on business development with Fortune 500 companies in the telecommunications and media industries. Mr. Hodge graduated with a B.S.c (honors) from the University of Greenwich, London, England. In his free time, Peter enjoys working on his 1959 Austin Healey and beating Eric at tennis.
